What is Study Agent?
iClass Study Agent is an AI-powered study companion for competitive entry exams, including the NSW Selective High School Test, OC Placement Test, Victorian Selective Entry High Schools Test, and Private School Scholarship exams. Your child gets unlimited access and attempts across thousands of exam-style practice questions, while the AI builds and adapts a personalised study plan around their goal.
Who is Study Agent designed for?
Study Agent is built for primary and early secondary school students preparing for selective, OC, Victorian selective, or scholarship entry exams, and the parents supporting them.
How does the personalised plan work?
After signing up, you set a study goal — including the exam type, target year, and school. Study Agent uses this to generate a prioritised plan focused on the skills most likely to improve your child's result.
Can we try iClass before paying?
Yes. Selected free sample lessons are available in read-only form before paying, so you can preview the teaching style. Personalised study plans, mock exams, interactive AI-guided lessons, unlimited attempts, and progress tracking are available after signup.
Do you sell PDF practice books?
Yes. iClass sells downloadable PDF practice books for families who want printable revision, including exam-style tests, full answers, and writing samples for NSW Selective, Opportunity Class, scholarship exams, and NAPLAN.
What are member books?
Member books are selected digital practice books included with an active Study Agent subscription. You can unlock one member book for each month of subscription, subject to the titles available at the time. Unlocked books stay in your library, and reading pauses if your subscription lapses and resumes when you resubscribe.
Billing & Cancellation
How much does Study Agent cost?
iClass Study Agent is AU$49 per month, or AU$490 per year with an annual subscription (12 months for the price of 10). Monthly billing renews on the same date you first subscribed.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit and debit cards via Stripe, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely — we do not store your card details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time from your billing portal. No phone call or email required.
What happens after I cancel?
Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. For example, if you cancel on the 10th and your billing period ends on the 25th, you will have full access until the 25th. Your subscription will not renew after that date.
Will I receive a refund if I cancel mid-month?
We do not offer refunds for the remaining days of the current billing period. You retain full access until the period ends, after which your account is downgraded automatically.
Will I be charged again after cancelling?
No. Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged again. You can resubscribe at any time.
Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling?
Pausing is not currently available. You can cancel and resubscribe whenever you are ready — your student profile and progress history are retained.
