Terms of Use

By creating an account or using the iClass Study Agent platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

iClass grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use Study Agent for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You must not:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the platform to generate content for redistribution or resale
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable law

Study Agent is offered on a recurring subscription basis, with available plans billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose. You authorise iClass to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time from your billing portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again.

We do not offer refunds for unused days in the current billing period. See our FAQ for more detail.

All content on the platform — including questions, study plans, feedback, and interface design — is the property of iClass Education and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute platform content without written permission.

Study Agent is provided as an educational support tool. We make no guarantee of specific academic outcomes. To the extent permitted by Australian law, iClass is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We aim to keep platform content accurate and the service available, but generated questions, explanations, study materials, and system features may occasionally contain errors, omissions, typos, or interruptions, including during maintenance, upgrades, or outages. If we identify or are notified of a material issue, iClass will use reasonable efforts to investigate and rectify it promptly.

iClass may suspend or immediately terminate your access to Study Agent if you breach any provision of these Terms of Use, including but not limited to sharing account credentials, scraping or reverse-engineering the platform, or using the service for unlawful purposes. Termination for breach is effective immediately upon notice (which may be delivered by email or in-platform notification).

In the event of termination for breach, no refund will be issued for any prepaid subscription fees, including unused days in the current billing period. iClass reserves the right to pursue any additional remedies available under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance.
