  • Provide and personalise the Study Agent experience
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Send account and billing notifications
  • Respond to support enquiries
  • Improve our platform through aggregated, anonymised analysis

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on servers located in Australia. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Payment processing is handled by Stripe — we do not store card details on our servers.

4. Children's Privacy

iClass is designed for use by students under parental supervision. Student accounts are created and managed by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at admin@iclass.com.au. Account deletion removes all personal data within 30 days.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
